The ‘Helpdesk only’ service is designed to provide remote support with the following features:
Calls answered personally weekdays 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. for telephone advice and guidance
Email support on all financial management matters
Document templates and model policies for schools to personalise
Newsletters advising of all new developments in both the academy and maintained sector
Regular emails with hints and tips for success
All schools subscribing to the Helpdesk service will be eligible for a discount on additional consultancy visits.
For example, if you decide you would benefit from a day’s on-site consultancy, to assist with year-end preparations or support with statutory returns, or would benefit from one of our health check or compliance services, these will be available at a discount of 10% off our standard rates.
